Very independent community with low acuity community members. Very large units with washer/dryer and patio/balcony in most. Full kitchens with updated, modern feel. Large back patio with gazebo and standing gardens. What Makes Us Special Rent includes electric, gas, water AND 40 channel basic cable. Most units have a washer/dryer but there is laundry available on each floor. Large meal is served at 5pm as opposed to other American Houses that serve the large meal at 12pm.
